Generational Differences
Experts tell us there are five different generations in today's workforce. How many generations of people work in your company? Do you understand how to work and communicate effectively with each generation? Come join us for this 3-hour workshop where we explore the different generations working side by side. Then we will discuss ways of building relationships with people in different generations. Finally, we will discuss in small group settings action steps we can take within our own work environments to bring people together.
