Calculating & Reporting Healthcare Statistics
This 24-hour course introduces the student to the foundational statistics that are collected, analyzed and interpreted in hospitals and healthcare organizations. These statistics are used for quality and performance improvement within individual facilities, for benchmarking across multiple facilities and organizations and for reporting to external regulatory agencies.
