Help for Caregivers

Do you provide care for a loved one or friend? Learn about the importance of self-care and the practice of positive psychology can help you find hope and joy. Learn and practice relaxation techniques, such as mindfulness and savoring that are easy to use and shown to help reduce stress. Also discussed will be emotions, grief, forgiveness, healthy relationships with a goal of making meaning for one's life journey.
