Introduction to Unmanned Aircraft System
An introduction to the fundamentals of unmanned aircraft systems (under 55 pounds) and their role in the field of aviation. This course will cover current commercial regulations, the national airspace system, weather, loading and performance and operations in accordance with the FAA Airmen Certification Standards (ACS). At the completion of this course students will be prepared to take the FAA aeronautical test to become certified remote small aircraft systems pilots.
