The Grape, The Wine and The Winemaker
The session will delve into Pennsylvania wine history and wine production with an emphasis on local experience. Samples of locally produced wine will be sampled to highlight course subjects. The session will allow ample time for questions and class discussion. Students must be at least 21 years old to attend.
