Artisan Sausage Workshop

This workshop is designed for the person who wants to learn the basics of making their own fresh Sausage at home. This is hands on working side by side with a Chef. You will learn preferred meat cuts to use, grinds, casings and spice creations. Equipment and food safety will be covered along with cooking methods and proper storage. Bring an Apron, Chefs knife and containers to take your Sausage home.
