Beer Enthusiast 102
This course is for the aspiring beer geek, someone who wants to know more about what makes beer so good, or even for someone considering a career in beer. Learn detailed insights into brewing ingredients and processes, draft systems while introducing off flavors and some interactive small batch/home brewing processes. Partake in classroom discussion and tastings as well as visits to local breweries and beer-centric businesses. Limited to participants 21 years old and older. Cost includes include samples at each session and reference materials. Prerequisite: Beer Enthusiast 101 or have equivalent knowledge of beer styles, serving and brewing.
