Insomnia Kundalini Meditation Workshop

Do you have trouble sleeping? Do you wish you could go into a deeper sleep? Learn some basic Kundalini exercises and meditations to relax your nervous system. You will learn a Kundalini brain meditation specifically for better sleep and listen to the yoga techniques used to set a new habitual pattern before you go to bed.
