Through a variety of water exercises including walking, circuits, interval integration, and stretching, students will improve muscle tone, develop better endurance, flexibility and resistance, enhance their balance and improve their cardiorespiratory conditioning without even having to get their hair wet! This class is perfect for the beginner who is looking to start a workout routine and is a great option for the older adult who wants to increase their level of fitness. Get fit and feel better in this comfortable yet physically challenging class!
