Barre Class

This class is designed with elements of ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. No prior dance experience necessary. We will integrate the use of the ballet barre, light weights& a yoga mat, so please bring a mat & weights with you to class. Designed for all levels, this class produces quick results by lengthening and chiseling muscles through small isolated holds with tiny movements. Dress comfortably. Socks are required.
