Make Your Own T-Shirt Quilt
Learn how to make a quilt out of all those t-shirts you cannot get rid of. Design and size of your quilt will be discussed, as well as how to stabilize, cut and assemble your shirts together, after which we will cover quilting and binding. Students should have basic sewing knowledge with the ability to sew a straight line. Bring your sewing machine to class, starting 2nd class. In addition to your shirts, additional supplies are required. Call 412.788.7507 for a supply list. For first class, bring your tee shirts washed with no fabric softener or dryer sheets.
