Let's Make Cupcakes
Students will learn to make and decorate cupcakes. Students will make traditional cupcakes, filled cupcakes and gourmet cupcakes. Different icings will be discussed and how to choose the right icing will be investigated. Students will make and decorate with several different types of icing. Booklet with cupcake ideas and recipes will be provided for each student.
