Cooking Around the World Part 1
Students will be introduced to the cuisines, regional ingredients and cooking methods of Mexico, China and Italy. Cooking skills such as knife safety, kitchen safety and sanitation and proper measuring will be incorporated into the cooking classes. These classes are hands on classes and students will be preparing the class recipes.
