Cooking Around the World Part 2
Students will be introduced to the cuisines, regional ingredients and cooking methods of Germany, Poland and the Middle East. Cooking skills such as preparation methods, cooking techniques and kitchen safety and sanitation will be incorporated into the cooking classes. These classes are hands on classes and students will be preparing the class recipes.
