Lumbar Pain Advanced Therapy & Treatment
This eight-hour course for licensed massage therapists focuses on advanced massage applications for alleviating lumbar myofascial pain. Through hands-on training, students will learn to incorporate a proper balance of neuromuscular, myofascial, Swedish and stretching techniques into their massage routines. Topics include muscle actions, postural analysis, range of motion and palpation techniques. Communicating with clients and providing preventive care education will also be covered. Students should bring a set of sheets and massage lotion to class.
