Stretch, Stability and Strength

This low-impact class is perfect for all levels of fitness. We will focus on moving through stretches that improve your flexibility, then stability-focused exercises that will improve your movement for daily-living or athletic performance. Finally, the class will focus on strength exercises that build a proper foundation so that you can get stronger safely and effectively.
