Healing Waters

Rejuvenate tired muscles and aching joints in a spacious, peaceful swimming pool of healing 90 degree water. Gentle rhythmic, flowing exercises to soothing music, renews body and spirit, increases flexibility, improves balance, tones muscles and quiets pain. This class was created by exercise design specialist, Anne Brucker, M. Ed. Come and enjoy the healing waters! Please bring a towel to class.
