Bootcamp Extreme

Burn calories long after the workout ends in this high-intensity, interval-training boot camp. A variety of exercises including but not limited to lunges, squats, planks, push ups, burpees, speed skaters, squat thrust and core work including routines from Pilates, military style abs, World Cup soccer and Brazilian martial arts will give you the ultimate total body training.
