Aquatic Gentle Joints

This class is designed for those who are tired muscles and aching joints. In this peaceful pool of healing 90 degree water through rhythmic flowing exercises, students will gradually increase range of motion, improve balance, increase flexibility and tone muscles. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace with adaptations made as needed. This is a low pressure and fun social class. Please bring a towel to class.
